Harvest Dream Factory Intake Form

At Harvest, we believe that we are all called into a ministry that helps to make people better. Ideas for ministry do not solely come from our pastors and staff. Laity plays a vital role in generating ideas for ministry at Harvest.

We have created Harvest's Dream Factory to help you take your dreams for ministry from the idea stage to a fully developed and working ministry. The Dream Factory is an idea incubator. This process helps you take your idea through a process that helps to clarify the why, who, what, and how of your idea. Along the way, we will work to partner you with others who are passionate about the same things you are.

This form serves as the first step in the Dream Factory process. The questions are designed to help you see more clearly what you hope to achieve, to identify partners and advocates, and to help us as pastors and staff resource this ministry for success.

As a church, we have decided that we want to Say Yes. For our “YES” to be strong, Harvest has identified 5 lanes of ministry that most connect with our mission and vision. These lanes of ministry are not meant to be restrictive, but to help focus our energy as a church toward fulfilling our mission and vision.
